We are a Father Daughter Operation with a desire to provide high quality unique designs that can be enjoyed and provide a glimpse of your personality to the world, whether that be through our Drinkware, T-Shirts, Stickers or something we’ve helped 3D Print for you.
At Foothill Customs, I take immense pride in my work and meticulously inspect each piece to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality. In the unlikely event that a defective or substandard item slips through, I am committed to rectifying the issue and will gladly offer an exchange or refund to make it right.
Every piece at Foothill Customs is crafted by my own two hands. I understand the level of quality I expect when spending my money with others, and I strive to uphold a quality standard that I can personally be proud of. My goal is to provide you with a product that exceeds expectations.
At Foothill Customs, we stand behind the quality of our custom-created items. We offer the following warranties:
**Stickers:** 6-month warranty covering fading, peeling, or cracking under normal use.
**Drinkware:** 1-year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, such as printing defects, faulty seals, or chipping of base coating.
**T-Shirts:** 6-month warranty covering printing defects, significant fading, or stitching issues under normal use and washing conditions.
**3D Printed Items:** 3-month warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, such as cracks or structural failures under normal use.
Please note that our warranties do not cover damage due to improper use, handling, or exposure to extreme conditions. If you experience any issues within the warranty period, please contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the defect. We will be happy to offer a replacement for defective items.
If any item, such as a faulty seal, lid, or cap on our drinkware, or a single piece of a multi-part 3D printed item, is found to be defective, we may, at our sole discretion, decide to replace only the faulty component. This applies if it is easily replaceable by the customer or if the customer prefers to have just a small portion of the design fixed that hasn’t otherwise been mentioned here.
While our company is new to the scene, I, Daniel, bring years of personal experience in crafting custom items. With the right tools and a high level of skill, I’m confident in delivering exceptional, high-quality pieces.
